The book is divided into two parts:
1. Setting the Foundation: where the author addresses what creates and keeps culture in an organization.
2. Taking leadership to the next level: provides a detailed prescription on how to create that culture and uses interviews and discussions with leaders and CEOs who have taken those steps.
